Natural Science & Technology

Welcome to the website of the Natural Science and Technology division at Butler County Community College. Here you will find information on twelve technology programs that lead to rewarding careers and four science and engineering programs that transfer to four-year baccalaureate degrees.

Preparing For Success

Our mission is to deliver academic programs in mathematics, science, engineering and technology that prepare students to succeed in industry or at a baccalaureate degree program. Our technology programs are based on workplace competencies to enable students develop technical and professional skills necessary to compete successfully for positions upon graduation. Transfer programs in mathematics, chemistry, biology and engineering prepare students to transfer seamlessly into the junior level of a baccalaureate program.

Preparing For Challenges

We recognize that many students find science, mathematics, engineering, and technology courses challenging, hence we focus on preparing every student to succeed in these courses. We like to assure every student that when you register for any course in this division you will find instructors who care and are willing to help you learn. We are proud to invite you, your friends, classmates and relatives to visit us at our new well-equipped Science and Technology building and talk to our faculty about what we have to offer.
